Remembering mind is important
The next is a broader view of life. Basic knowledge for
this is mindfulness. Saving your mind means to pay attention to this life with
careful thought. Usually, anyone can think of a journey to get down to work. We
walk the road. You do not have to hit those vehicles. The road jumps both
sides. Everything is done with the senses.
Do you have a Remembering mind too?
If mindfulness does not exist, we do not know what we
do. Here we are turning our normal sense consciousness to a higher level. When
we get to this advanced level, we call it the Remembering mind.
Life's a place ...
Usually,so many people think that meditation is needed
to get sick with sickness. Meditation is needed to develop reconciliation,
meditation requires meditation. That meditation needed to be a systematic
program. But put it all in the second place. Meditation is needed to understand
life first.
A noble purpose
Those who go to understanding life will get all these
things. The person who comes to understanding becomes a mentally cured person.
The person who leads to understanding becomes a mentality. The person who
approaches life is accustomed to life.
So, you will seek certain secular things in your
worldly gain, and you will all receive them with the fulfillment of your life.
Therefore, it is not the fact that you have the intention of keeping the
meditation target. It's not a matter of competing for health. Not that you need
to be mentally healthy and happy. The point of meditating should be remembered
as the fact that life should be understood. If you come to that idea, you will
get all these things. It is because of that realization of life.
