STOP STRESS

We've been walking all the way to life. We do not know how far to walk. So on the journey, I and myself feel tired. Walk together, let's work hard!

Are you also Stress? (Stress)

I would have read the lives of my living lives and my former life. Its main character, Mr. Jayatissa, tried to show that stress affects how much life is to your life.

It's very important that we all know what stress is, and how to prevent it.
Stress is what everyone is experiencing today.
How can the stress of the mind come to be? What are the reasons? Often the reason is that there are differences between us and the environment around us. They are,

v  Occupation.
v  Changes to contacts with our loved ones.
v  Changes in the home and its activities,
v  Challenges (exams, competitions, interviews)
v  New experience.
v  Illness barriers, accidents.

Such a decrease in stress can affect the body's and the mind's ability to resist it. This resilience is affected by the following factors:

v  Physical Fitness
v  Sleep
v  Physical and mental health.
v  Adequate level
v  Exciting emotions. (Emotional well-being)

Most people think that depression is thought to be a burden solely on your mind or your mind. No, because you do not know how stress affects your body.

Let's explain briefly how to deal with stress in the body as simple as possible with this.

Some of the causes of the aforementioned stress are caused by fear, pressure, unhappiness, or arousal, which is first detected in the "Hypo-menalas" inside our brain. Once the stress has been identified, the hormone called CRH (Corticotropin Releasing Hormone) is released. It is identified by the pituitary gland and responds to the hormone called ACTH (Adrenocorticotropic Hormone). This stomach sends a message to the arteries of our kidneys along the bloodstream through our blood vessels. Then, the gland produces a hormone called Cortisol.

What is Cortisol?

Cortisol has a great change in the body's physical body for preparing the body. This is also known as the body's stress hormone.
This hormone is directly or indirectly responsible for most of the changes that occur in the body that I submit below.

But this hormone is very helpful in dealing with short-term challenges. (For example, a player who is preparing for a hundred meters), because it improves his strength in the body and makes it more difficult for a body to face the risk.

However, if the body produces a long-term hormone, the body may be unhelpful.

Changes in the body with long-lasting depression.

   Deficiency of the immune system.

As you all know, the body's natural protection is the immune system of the body, weakened by the above hormone. (Preventing the production of blood cells that help immune suppressors)

Here we increase the possibility of diseases. If there is any disease, it can be cured.
(Examination is also one of the examples of an increase in acne in the face during examinations)

2. Lose appetite
When it comes to trouble, many people say that they do not eat. That's the cotyloxium that is responsible to some extent.

3. Nutrition
The aforementioned hormone, eating disorders, eating disorders, and increased milky juice can damage the opening areas of the anus and small intestines. This is caused by the symptoms of abdominal inflammation.

4. Getting wounds away.
5. Fat deposition increases in the body.
This can cause an increase in the associated diseases of the circulatory system (irritation, stroke).

6. Decrease in growth.
This is most affecting young children. Therefore, the cortisol hormone can not produce growth hormone.

7. Body aging process
Now let's see what features are shown when we have this stress.

1. Mental Disorders

v  Lack of remembering
v  It's difficult to hold focus on one place at a time.
v  Frequent intimidation.
v  Failure to reach valid conclusions.
v  Negative thoughts.
v  Mourning.
v  Angered soon.
v  Feelings of being alone.
v  Feeling uncomfortable and lighter.
v  Apathy and depression

2. Physiological features

v  Frequent anxiety and pain.
v  Feeling the heartburn or heartburn.
v  Absence (after eating, pain in the abdomen or discomfort).
v  Get out of here.
v  Dizziness.
v  Headache.
v  Weakness of the body.
v  Irregular toilet.
v  Misery of the menstrual cycle.
v  Decreased sexual desire.
v  Low blood sugar levels.

3. Changes in behavior and everyday life habits.

v  Adapting to eating or eating too much.
v  Sleep or go unusually during the day.
v  Trying to stay alone and try to live alone.
v  Liability or Ignorance.
v  Drug addiction. (The use of alcohol is not a decrease in stress, but rather at a very short time

Now you think you must have some idea about what goes on in stress.

How to Control Stress?
Prevention is the best treatment. So, the best way we can do is to balance our life without allowing psychological stress.

What do you need to do?

1. Making Decision Making
Is it right for us to make important decisions in life? Is there a range you can fill? You need to think carefully about the possibilities that you will bear in the future.

2. Planing.
Even if you plan your plans properly, you will never be depressed. As related to this
Anyone who likes to value can value it to the value.

3. Time Management
It is very similar to the above. But the foregoing was about long-term planning. It means planning the work done in one day.

If the above three things are correct, Stress can be avoided most.

When we think that something in the life of our life is uncomfortable, we need to understand that if the problem is not controlled, the problems can be doubled.

OK, get it! What's next?

There are many ways to reduce stress and calm down your mind.

v  First, stop thinking about the problem.
v  Talk to someone who is loyal to him (who does not shake his head any further). (It's OK not to mention the problem)
v  Turn to your favorite hobby (Listen to a song, watch a movie)
v  Walk just a little by the river (preferably a cozy environment in Giscall)
v  Lightweight exercise (fast walking, playing games) is a very good move because       it relaxes both your body and mind.
v  If you have any artistic ability, use it (drawing a picture, playing a musical instrument, writing a poem)
v  Getting involved in relaxing special exercises (meditation methods, yoga exercises) Getting proper advice before engaging in these things is most effective.

If there is no remedy in the above mentioned ways, it is more effective to contact a counselor.

A weakness in the world is a reluctance to go to a counselor, some think it's someone who has mental illnesses. It's a complete vexation. In developed countries, many consultants consult with an adviser once a year.

Here they identify the stressful conditions in our heart and introduce the most appropriate therapies and therapies. They can make our minds more efficient.

Those who are very stressed tend to have a variety of mental disorders. Depression, schizophrenia, and mood disorders may occur. Therefore, it is vital that those with severe depression meet a suitable doctor. They provide advisory treatment to alleviate the mental illness, and medicines are also required.

Long-lasting stress is because of our own everyday life and because we do not understand the true happiness of life.

You can recall earlier in this article by several articles on this subject.

To live on ...!

Correct rest ...!

Real life

If summarizing their contents, this is how:

v  Realizing that earning money does not lead to happiness in life.
v  Spending time with family and having the family's unity.
v  Get rid of a monopoly of life.
v  Proper diet for the body with enough sleep to get enough exercise.
v  True to your religious activities, not just to name.
v  Talk with me as soon as possible with light mindedness and smiling faces.

Complying with these brief points will definitely help you to have a relaxing life.

Just think, make a change!

I wish you all a happy, relaxed life!
